Usually much better. Today the pizzas were very dry looking like they had been out on the buffet for some time. The switch to Pepsi I am guessing was a corporate decision but that change and no ice cream was disappointing. My salad and husband chicken was good and the cashier at the register was very friendly and told us to ask if we didn’t see something we were wanting on the buffet. Three or four staff members appeared to be doing the lion’s share of the work, several just ignored the opportunities to clean up, provide register help or other duties. Just surprised since our previous visits have been very positive.

We love the broasted chicken at Pizza Ranch but tonight the 8-piece chicken was exceptional and the potatoe wedges were so good. Usually I only eat a couple but they were cooked so well and fresh that I ate 5. I think they must have a new cook because we would definitely give it 10 stars if we could. Hope they keep the same staff for a long time. And the guy who took my order over the phone was so upbeat and friendly that it was a pleasant experience. Very good employee - I can't remember his name, though.

Awesome everything customer service food buffet bar always had hot fresh food and stocked well only complaint is ice cream machine hardly ever working if your repairing this machine it should be replaced as many times as I've been here it is working one out of ten times been coming here since it opened years ago and the cherry strudel is my favorite but with out ice cream the dessert bar is just strudel and cookie come on owners I think you can do better

Love Pizza Ranch! The food is always good and love the buffets. You need to build one in Champaign IL. It would go over very well here esp if you had a game room as we have no buffets except China Town. We dont have any places to play games like that except for Jupiters!

Nice people. The selection of pizza under the heat lamps was old, paltry. The special pizza we ordered came about the time we were leaving. They let us take it home, thank you. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Terrible. At 6:00 on Saturday night they were out of breadsticks, no French dressing, no sweetener, no chicken and salad bar was empty and needed to be refilled. Definitely never going back.

We've been going to Pizza Ranch for over 10 years and this visit was not the best. We've never seen entire sections of the buffet empty, especially the pizzas. Another customer said it's often like that at this location. But the food that did come out tasted good and at least the ice cream machine was working!
