Food ans service were good, but the temperature in the restaurant is cold. It's difficult to enjoy a meal when your food gets cold so fast.

was there last week and told i couldn't use rewards on senior buffet even though rewards say adult or senior buffet. Sunday nite couldn't use because buffet was a promo 12.99 special price! Might as well not have any rewards

Not very good, no soup no coffee cupd silveryware containers were empty, only 1 lettuce container had anything in it. We go to Manitowac every once in a while and they are wonderful, don't think we will come back to Fond du Lacs pizza ranch any more. The last 2 times we were there we were not pleased, its to bad, we came to this one quite often.

Not the best = group of 4 -2 got pizza from buffet - pizza was cold { not warm } Cold !! I luckly found a bone in the turkey from the salad bar. Talked to staff and was told everything is up to standards !!

Was in there twice and both times didn’t have the chickee chickee boom boom salad!! Asked them to make it and didn’t seem to happy to make it and took over 20 minutes to make and last time they didn’t have the ingredients!!!!
